1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in via Facebook and syncing your pages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. PagePilot is a social media management dashboard that utilizes the Meta Graph API.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use PagePilot only for lawful purposes according to these terms:
- Compliance: Your usage must not violate Meta's Platform Policies or Community Standards.
- Page Access: You must represent that you have legal permission to manage the Facebook Pages you connect to the dashboard.
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content generated by AI or scheduled via our platform.
3. AI Features
Content Studio features utilize the Google Gemini API. PagePilot does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated messages before publication.
4. Limitation of Liability
PagePilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta against your Facebook accounts, API reach fluctuations, or outages in the Facebook Platform. In no event shall PagePilot be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service for any user who violates these terms or Meta's policies. Users may terminate their account at any time by disconnecting their Facebook account and requesting data deletion.
